
Sacred Journeys
Recently I came across a wonderful book called Rainbow Spirit
Journeys by Wolf Moondance. It was a book on Magical Native American
Meditations and Dreams… after working through a few of these I
realized the power we have to shift things in the seen and unseen
world through the conduit of our thoughts and thought patterns…
They supported me during very difficult time.
I offer the below journeys to you with great love and support
of your own very special and unique path. Enjoy them! They are
a gift from my heart to yours.
Journey to Receive Healing
This journey is to enable you to feel better, to have the breath
of empowerment when you are not feeling well. It can work with
a simple sadness or a severe illness. It helps you to be at peace
and to have acceptance. It helps you to become aware of the gift
in everything.
Sit where you are quiet and not disturbed, and have afresh air
blowing on your. Take a deep breath and feel the fresh air as
you let your breath out. Take another and let the ill feelings
go into the fresh air. Before you, you will see a stairway. Start
to climb those stairs. As you do, you will feel weak, but as you
climb them you will feel stronger and stronger. Breathe in and
out as you take each step. When you reach the top of the stairs,
there will be a path that will lead you into clouds. Follow that
path. Continue walking. You will come to a gate that is wide open,
and you will step into the place you see. Look at what you see.
Listen to what you see. Do not try to force it or make it happen
-- just see what you see. There might be a small gift lying there
waiting for you to take.
Remember what you have seen, and bring it back, holding it in
your mind and hand. This is an ally in your healing. Let go, and
you will float within your self. You will regain your solidity.
Breath in through your mouth and out through your nose. Rest in
the stillness that is you. Rest in the Peace that is you. Slowly
open your eyes bringing the room back into focus. Feel the energy
in your body at the moment. Notice how your body feels and say
a prayer of gratitude and acceptance for what is. All is in Divine
order. You are loved, you are safe, all is well.
Journey of the Inner Rainbow of Peace

Sit where you are warm and comfortable, quiet, and will not be
disturbed. You breathe in through your nose, quickly and out through
mouth. Do this seven times -- breathing in and out quickly. After
the seventh breath, take a deep slow breath in and let it out
very slowly. Before your eyes, the room becomes very, very dull.
Close your eyes and everything s quiet. I front of you, you see
silver -- silver floor, very sparkly, very, very strong and powerful.
You begin to walk on the silver, and everything is clear.
Follow the silver until it becomes a green grass. It will take
you down the side of the little sloping hill. The air will be
very cool, crisp and thin. You get to the bottom of the hill and
sit. In the sky, there is a wonderful rainbow. It is right in
front of you, arching up into the air. You are in the spot it
comes down and touches the ground. Lie back, raise your arms above
your head, and let the rainbow baste you with color. Breathe in
the colors -- each one a soft mist. The first color is …. The
second color is … the third color is …. The fourth… the fifth….
The sixth …. The seventh. As each color comes in you see a different
object. These objects maybe anything. Notice the meanings of the
objects.
Sit up and see that the rainbow is gone. Think of the seven objects
that came to you with the colors. What information did they bring?
Become solid and come back. Feel the peaceful energy in your
body. Feel the opening and expansion in your body. Watch the breath
coming in and out. Listen to what the rainbow has to teach you
and how it applies to your life. As you sit in the new vibration,
Peace is washing over you. New clarity and insights are yours.

Journey to sound sleep
Sit on the side of your bed, just before you are ready to go
to sleep, and remember that your brain is like a computer. The
purpose of your brain is to channel all the electrical stimuli
that work your nervous system, that keep you alive and full of
energy. You say a prayer of thankfulness, that you understand
your brain better and you release it to do its’ work with out
interfering with your sleep. Raise your arms in the air and stretch
and take a deep breath in through your mouth. Breath in all that
has troubled you during the day and breath out love releasing
all the trouble. Do this three times each time breathing deeper
and feeling lighter after the release. After the third time put
your arms back down and lie down on your bed getting as comfortable
as possible. Close your eyes. Everything in front of you is blue
-- just a beautiful deep shade of blue. Feel yourself lying in
an expanse of blue and being the most comfortable you have ever
been. Notice your breath floating in and out. Notice any tension
you may be carrying in your body and slowly tense that area even
more and then release it.
When the body feels completely relaxed notice that you are still
floating in the expanse of blue. In your mind’s eye people or
objects may come into focus. As they come up breathe them in and
then breathe them out releasing them through the outward breath
of your mouth. With your heart thank them for their contribution
to you, seen or unseen. And release them.
Continue breathing and becoming one with the water. Using the
breath continue to relax and let go. Run the thought in your head
“I am loved, I am safe, all is well.” Relax and let go. Go deeper
within the water and it gets a deeper color blue. Darker, darker
and darker. .. Follow your breath into a very deep sleep where
you can see all the shades of blue reflecting, floating, singing.
You sleep very deeply.
When you awake, feeling rested, very strong, and powerful. The
water is within you. Journal if you wish, the night before. Write
what it felt like to be in a very deep sleep. Look forward to
another night’s sleep. Leave your bed in a welcoming way -- straighten
the covers, plump the pillow, put a healing rejuvenating stone
in the bed to clear the energy and align with sleep. … so that
the bed may welcome you on your return.
