Healing meditations
Healing Angel

I believe we each have at least one healing Angel standing by.
All we need to do is open our awareness and let in the beautiful
energy. Following the simple steps below, I offer the beautiful
image of this healing Angel.
Meditation:
Find a comfortable warm spot
Focusing on the beautiful Angel before you, Breath in and out
slowly.
Say in your heart of hearts or out loud… I invite you to be with
me now.
Breathe in the Divine golden healing light -- breath out any
dis-ease or darkness.
Direct the breath to the areas of pain. Breath the pain in --
feel it, feel it in all its intensity -- push the pain out with
the out breath. Do this 3 times. Notice how this changes the pain.
Focus back on the beautiful angel before you and hear her message
for you. Is there something you need to shift to come back fully
to wellness.
Breathe in, Breathe out…. Release let go.
Thank the beautiful being before you. And when you are ready,
hands in Namaste’ and come back to the room in gratitude.
Releasing Pain by increasing your vibration.
I believe that pain in the body is actually a helpful devise
to bring our awareness to areas that are needing attention. It
is our body saying: “here… notice me HERE.” The areas are simply
needing more in the present moment. Something may be blocked or
waiting to be released. An old memory, an old feeling, an old
injury is waiting to be set free. This can be easily done by drawing
energy from the beautiful, magical universe that surrounds us.
We can consciously draw in healing energy from a plant or from
our surroundings. The belief is that the universe provides all
that we need to fully heal right before us.
Meditation:
Find a comfortable warm spot preferably outside or by a window
where you can see outside. Close your eyes. Become still and notice
your breath going in and out. As you start to relax into stillness,
slowly notice your body. Are you holding any tension anywhere
in your body? Is there pain? If there is pain, know that it has
a message for you.
Breathe into that area. Lightly take your hand and if you can,
place it over the area with the communication. Breathe into it.
Ask it: “What do you need to tell me?” Feel the pain as fully
as you can in the moment… it may intensify as it gives you it’s
full uncensored message. Breathe it in and then through your mouth
push the energy of it out through your mouth. When you feel you
have the full experience of it and have received the complete
message, open your eyes.
With soft eyes look around you. A certain plant or object will
come into more focus then everything else around you. Focus your
attention on it. It may become even more alive. That is the element
that holds the healing vibration you need in the moment. With
loving soft eyes and breath, breathe in the vibration that is
offered. Breathe it into the place of pain and holding. Keeping
your eyes focused on your healer, continue to breathe in and out
as long as you need to feel a shift. You may feel your energy
lighten or expand. You may feel an added buzz or tingling. You
may feel a warmth. All experiences are good and embraced.
When you feel complete with love and gratitude thank your healing
in supporting you in complete and total health.
